Dieser Trend wird sowohl durch die Gesetzgebung, insbesondere durch die EU-Verordnung \u00fcber Verpackungen und Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle, als auch durch die Ziele der sozialen Verantwortung der Unternehmen vorangetrieben. Verpackungen auf der Basis von Pilzmyzel sind eine L\u00f6sung, aber bisher haben Einschr\u00e4nkungen bei der Produktionseffizienz ihre Verbreitung verhindert.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myco.cz\/de\/\">Unternehmen MYCO<\/a> hat ein Herstellungsverfahren perfektioniert, das diese Hindernisse \u00fcberwindet. B. S\u00e4gemehl, Hanfsp\u00e4ne), die Lignin und Zellulose enthalten und somit als F\u00fcllstoff und N\u00e4hrstoffquelle f\u00fcr das Myzel dienen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend der Kultivierung w\u00e4chst das Myzel durch das Substrat hindurch und bildet ein starkes und leichtes Fasernetz, das dem Material die notwendigen mechanischen Eigenschaften verleiht, einschlie\u00dflich der F\u00e4higkeit, St\u00f6\u00dfe zu absorbieren.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wichtige Etappen und Innovationen im Produktionsprozess<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit des MYCO-Verfahrens beruht auf der Optimierung von zwei Produktionsphasen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese erm\u00f6glichen die hochvolumige Produktion von Myco-Material und die Abf\u00fcllung von Papierkapseln f\u00fcr das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myco.cz\/de\/myco-4pack-safepads\/\">MYCO 4Pack<\/a>-Verpackungssystem, das f\u00fcr sein funktionelles Design mit einem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.red-dot.org\/project\/myco-safepads-71492\">Red Dot Design Award<\/a> ausgezeichnet wurde.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorbereitung und Sterilisation von Substraten<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziel dieser Phase ist es, ein Umfeld f\u00fcr das Wachstum des Myzels zu schaffen. Die urspr\u00fcngliche Batch-Methode, bei der das Substrat mehrere Stunden lang ged\u00e4mpft wurde, war zeit- und energieineffizient und schr\u00e4nkte die Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit und Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t des Produktionsprozesses stark ein. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch die Einf\u00fchrung der <strong>kontinuierlichen Sterilisationslinie<\/strong> konnte die Sterilisationszeit <strong>von Stunden auf Minuten<\/strong> reduziert werden.Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer Verringerung des Energieverbrauchs, einer Steigerung der Produktionskapazit\u00e4t und einem reibungslosen Materialfluss zur n\u00e4chsten Produktionsstufe. Die Sterilisation erfolgt durch Hitze, so dass im Produktionsprozess keine sch\u00e4dlichen Chemikalien verwendet werden. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beimpfung (Substratimpfung)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Dosierung des Myzels im Substrat ist wichtig, um ein gutes Wachstum zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Bei der manuellen Impfung besteht ein hohes Risiko der Kontamination und der ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Durchdringung. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das <strong>Unternehmen MYCO<\/strong> hat eine automatisierte Myzel-Ikonulationstechnologie eingef\u00fchrt, die eine pr\u00e4zise und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Dosierung direkt in das Substrat innerhalb der Produktionslinie erm\u00f6glicht.
